What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Pizza gets a bad rap, however if you make your own pizza at home, you can make it really healthy and fun.

I made pizza today using a gluten free flat bread, then added my toppings. I kept it really simple with tomato pesto (dairy free), mushrooms, vegan cheese and olives.

The best thing was that it was ready in under 20 minutes.
