As we age we naturally lose lean muscle mass. Protein helps us to maintain and build that muscles mass, which in turn will help to boost our metabolism, and aid in fat burning. It’s super important!

If you don't get enough protein for breakfast, you will be looking for that sugar fix in the middle of the afternoon. And by adding two good protein snacks in between meals, your blood sugar will more likely to be more balanced throughout the day.
