My mission is to inspire and energise women over 50.
I want all women over 50 to have energy for life, and to wake up each morning and feel truly excited about the day ahead.
In a previous life I spent many years working in corporate finance and superannuation, more recently as a mortgage broker.

This is us!
I am a Mum to two beautiful girls, Natalie and Lily. I am a keen cyclist and tennis player. My husband runs his own virtual cycling app called FulGaz.
I am neat, organised, an early riser, love a database, passionate about health and wellness, and I eat plant based food (95% of the time). My dream is to travel the world in a camper van without an alarm clock or an agenda.
My Passions
Did I mention that I love cycling? My husband and I have recently purchased gravel bikes so that we can adventure into more places. And we are loving exploring new paths around home and further afield. We love travelling with our bikes, either to an event, or simply to explore new places.
