How do you take your Greens?

In today’s world, we need to supplement our daily diet. Sadly, fruits and vegetables are not what they were 25 years ago. I’m talking about their nutritional value.

This is where the greens fits in.

Many greens powders are jam packed with really great nutrients. And this gives us a nice convenient way to increase our vegetable intake on a daily basis.

How do you take your greens?

I like to drink a green shot every day. Take a small glass, add about 100ml of water, then stir in a scoop of greens powder.

Down the hatch!!

But why do you need to have a daily green drink? Here are a few reasons:

  1. Good for your gut health, especially if you drink it before your meal

  2. It’s a good dose of anti-oxidants and good for our immune system

  3. It’s an additional source or a top up of green goodness every day

  4. Greens are great for our skin and nails

  5. It can help curb your cravings
