Five Benefits of Fasting

As I continue with my 7-day Fresh Start Plan, this is a reminder of the power of intermittent fasting from one of my favourite experts, Dr Mindy Pelz.

My reason for doing this Plan is to feel refreshed and energised, and lower the inflammation in my body.

Over the last few weeks I have been away from home a fair bit, and my routine and habits have taken a bad hit. So this is 7 days to focus on getting back to feeling good again.

I know this works, because I've done it once already with incredible results.
