As you know, protein is key when you're over 50.
If you're a pasta lover, have you ever tried pasta made from pulses?
I made lentil pasta the other night. One serve was 125g of pasta, and this yielded 23g of protein.
For my sauce I made a lentil/meat bolognese, so there was even more protein! And it tasted amazing.
