Are you eating enough?
It's a common thing, that as women, we think we need to eat less to look and feel good.
I am not a fan of eating rabbit food, nor am I a fan of tracking what I eat, or counting calories. When I was younger I would go on a "diet" and start implementing severe restrictions. That stuff really messed with my head 🤯 All I could think about ALL DAY was what I was missing out on, and it consumed me entirely. Not good.
Today, I focus on all the delicious foods that I enjoy eating. And I have re-framed this into a positive and joyful thing. Mealtimes for me is a time for enjoyment and satisfying my hunger.
I make sure every day that I eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. I stay away from processed foods as much as possible, and I focus on getting good quality protein with each meal and snack - this can be a simple as adding a big dollop of peanut butter to my afternoon snack. Or eating a piece of meat if I feel like it. I also have a nutrient-packed smoothie every morning to keep me going.
Don't make eating about restrictions or negativity, or you'll end up in a "diet prison", where this is no way out.
If you're someone that would like to stop the dieting and feel satisfied every day, maybe my 3-Step Plan could work for you?
