Are you getting enough Protein?

As we age, it’s important to keep getting enough protein with every meal. And the perfect time to get a big hit of proteins, good fats and fibre is at breakfast. With a smoothie it’s easy to do that.

Today I made a smoothie bowl because I had the time to sit down and enjoy it.

Today’s Smoothie:

200ml iced water
Frozen Fruit (Banana, Mango, Blueberries)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon linseeds
1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt
Probiotic sachet
