Protein Tiramisu
I kept seeing this recipe on Instagram, so I had to try it.
The result?
Pretty damn yummy!
INGREDIENTS:
4 rice cakes
1/2 cup strong coffee (instant or brewed)
1 small tub vanilla coconut yoghurt (170g)
1 large scoop vegan protein powder
Dark cacoa powder for dusting
METHOD:
Start by mixing the protein powder into the yoghurt. Make the coffee and pour it into a flat bowl.
Now make the layers - start by dipping one rice cake in the coffee, set it on a plate, and cover with some of the yoghurt mix. Repeat. The final layer will be yoghurt, and finish by giving it a good dusting of dark cacao powder.
Leave in the fridge for an hour or so.
