Healthy Choc Rice Puffs

It’s time for another one of my delicious recipes. This one is for you if you love chocolate!

It’s also super simple and quick to make. 

Melt together:

4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Rice Malt Syrup
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I used Vanilla)
1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao
1 Tablespoon Almond Butter

Then:
Add 3 cups Brown Rice Puffs and mix until coated. Spread out onto a tray lined with baking paper and pop in the fridge to set (about 45 mins). Or put the mix into individual patty cases to get chocolate crackles! 

Store in the fridge, and serve in a glass with a dash of almond milk and fruit.
