3 ingredient protein Chia Pudding
A quick and easy breakfast (or snack) that you can prepare ahead of time. Delicious with fresh berries and granola or coconut yoghurt.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk (or water or non-dairy milk)
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Method:
Put all ingredients into a jar. Pop the lid on tightly, and shake until combined. Leave in the fridge for several hours or overnight. Once set, you can make small individual jars for a quick on-the-go breakfast, or a nice afternoon snack.
