What happened when I started a 7-day Intermittent Fasting Plan.

Other things I noticed when I did the Plan...

I felt incredibly focussed and mentally sharp throughout the day, especially in the mornings.

My energy levels increased, I didn’t need a pick-me-up in the afternoons, and I could keep going all day.

I found I didn’t need the coffee in the mornings to wake me up. The Matcha Tea was the perfect solution for the early mornings.

Having read about the power of healing with intermittent fasting, I took this with a grain of salt.

BUT...having struggled with knee pain for over 18 months, I noticed that by Day 3 my knee pain completely disappeared. I was shocked!

I played tennis, ran around, went to the gym, started to move really freely. And to this day, I am pain free.

I don’t believe in coincidences. This release of pain was all due to the 7-day Fresh Start Plan!

Throughout the 7-day Fresh Start Plan, I became very mindful of my eating patterns. I realised that I had been eating out of boredom and habit.

Rather than eating at certain times of the day, eg. lunch at 12midday, I am now eating when I am truly hungry.

This Plan has given me a really good kickstart to create new habits. Instead of mindless eating, eg in front of the TV, I have become acutely aware of how my body feels and what it needs.
