I had no expectations when I did the 7-day Fresh Start Plan, but what happened to my body shocked me. I had been reading about how intermittent fasting can help with fat burning and also healing. But what happened to me was a real surprise.
Here are some of the things that I noticed:
Three days into the 7-day Fresh Start Plan, I noticed my belly was less bloated and flatter in the mornings.
By Day 7 I had lost around 2kgs, and 2 cms off my waist. Woohoo!! And the weight has stayed away.
