What’s the best exercise for women over 50?

My response is simple - it's the exercise that you enjoy doing. (Oh, and that's on top of the strength training that you should be doing!)

One of my favourite sports is tennis. I love hanging out with my teammates, having a good laugh, and running around the court on a sunny day.

Did you know tennis players live longer? Yup, fun fact.
